By downloading or using any application published by Nitin Gohel Director of Appreator technologies LLP (the “App” or “Apps”), including but not limited to ClipBox, iLockBox, and Video Locker, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using our software.

1. License to Use

Appreator grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Apps on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., “Premium Access”).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Management: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that service, where applicable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Apps in any way that runs contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Due to the secure, vault-like nature of our products, you are entirely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to secure, copy, or store the data, media, and files you handle using our software.

4. Intellectual Property

All copyright, trademarks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Appreator software belong solely to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or lease any part of our Apps.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Our Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be uninterrupted or completely error-free. Because our Apps utilize zero-knowledge local encryption to protect your privacy, we are strictly not liable for any lost data, forgotten passwords, inaccessible media, or consequential damages arising from your use of the applications.
